Hey, just wanted to ask a semi-important question.

I have recently ordered a new bank card due to my old one being destroyed, and it has recently just came. The bank cards 16 digit number and CVC number have changed, but the sort code and account number are the same.

So my question is, do i need to send my new card info to Student Finance, or can i keep the current card details i have sent from my old card and will that still be acceptable for them to transfer my maintenance loan into it?

If you have any ideas, could you please let me know, thanks.

You don't need to inform student finance. You only need to inform those who need the long number at the front, which would normally be those who you order things off. People who have your bank details, don't need to know that you have a new card.

Why not just ring or e-mail and ask. I'd assume it was fine because they only need your account number and bank code to pay money in.

I was going to phone them up if i didn't get replies on this post saying if i need to or not, but i didn't really wanna waste money phoning them up if someone knew if i had to or not on here xD And yer, i just couldn't remember if i put my sort code and account number when i was inputting my details for finance.
