I'm really interested in getting into the television industry when I'm older. Being a screenwriter and producer are the ultimate goals for me, but I just feel like this sort of career goal proposes so much uncertainty? People always say to work for your future and put in the effort but getting to where I want to get seems to suggest so much ambiguity right now.
Perhaps it's because I'm young and still don't have clear direction/ knowledge of the working world, but I was hoping people could give me some advice for the sort of direction I could/ should be taking if I want to work in television and be successful in it. What sort of routes should I be taking? What could I be doing (I'm 16) right now to make sure I will eventually actualise my goals?
    Thank you.
