    Percentage change = differences between two values/original value x100.

    Read from the graph at 4kpa, the adult haemoglobin concentration is 80. The anaemic haemoglobin concentration is 22. 80-24 is 56% difference. for this question its just asking you the range basically, larger - smaller = percentage difference.
