No gains in flexibility after months Watch

    • Thread Starter

I have been stretching for months and months now, possibly over a year.

I have watched an uncountable amount of YouTube videos. It turns out I have an anterior pelvic tilt, so I had to change the muscles I stretched and have now started strengthening my hamstrings instead of stretching them and stretching my thoracic spine, my chest and shoulders, my psoas muscles, my quadriceps and hip flexors and my lats.

However, still after months I see no difference, not even by 1 inch. I don't understand. I exercise after warming up, so don't stretch cold muscles, and do dynamic stretches as well as static, PNF (isometric) stretching and active stretches.

I am either doing it wrong still, or I just need to have patience because some people have a naturally high level of flexibility than other people.

    What should I do?

PS. I also foam roll, which hasn't helped very much, except perhaps making me feel more relaxed.
