    Anyone feeling claustrophobic right now I seriously can't take this heat I feel like I'm going to faint this moment
    I have an exam tomorrow how do I stay cool in the exam the hall doesn't have AC or anything ?? Pleas help I have a massive headache and I feel really faint rn panicking so much every time I breathe there is no air literally and I keep feeling these warm sensations in my body

    Cold showers.
    Put a drink or two in the freezer and semi freeze them to take in with you (check if allowed).
    Drink enough cold water now plus take some headache tablets. Also take some in the morning when you wake up a few hours before the exam.

    Try some deep breathing technqiues as well.

    Wear comfortable clothes in the exam. Everyone else will be dealing with it, so just focus hard on the exam and dont let yourself be distracted.
