i'm applying to do economics at UCL and you do need an A in maths. However, C1 and C2 are ridiculously easy so id retake them to get near 100% in them and then try your hardest on C3, C4. If you do well in C1, C2 and your applied module at AS, it will be much easier to get an A at A2. I got AAB in my maths AS modules so im retaking the B so i dont have to get so much in C3, C4. If you really dont think you will get an A in maths, id apply for a joint economics course like economics and politics where you dont need an A in maths.

You know I think its wrong for her to predict you a D when you got a C as someone said earlier you should atleast get a prediction of a B or if its a tough luck situation atleast a C.
I mean if you do go for a Business Economics degree which requires less entry requirements do it, and then work really hard to get a 1.1 on your first year and then next year you can change your degree to straight economics. You can do that for example if your doing a BSC course it has to be BSC Economics for you to change it.
If that makes sense.
But DO get your parents involved and make sure they are angry and vicious / very deeply concerned otherwise teachers they dont give a damn.

I wish I could do my A-levels again at a different school bleh I would have been in Oxford by now lol.

Anyway good luck OP, work hard and dont give up :hugs: but your maths teachers needs a hit on the head. I hate teachers like that.

Not to worry op all will get better keep us updated :hugs:
