Accommodation is available now for 2017 entry on a first come, first served basis. Applying ASAP is recommended in order to secure your preferred place.

UCFB offer vibrant, safe and excellently located accommodation options in the heart of Wembley and Manchester, close to our campuses.

Our accommodation is available for as little as £191 per week (Wembley) or £156 per week (Manchester)

Term 1 Rent 30th August 2017

Term 2 Rent 4th October 2017

•

Term 3 Rent 17th January 2018

•

Term 4 Rent 2nd May 2018

Etihad Campus Check out our guide to living in Manchester

10% due 17th August 2017

•

30% due 19th September 2017

•

30% due 2th January 2018

•

30% due 13th April 2018

A Booking Fee of £250 must be paid upfront, followed by an initial rent payment on 30th August 2017. The £250 will be transferred to a deposit once you take occupancy of the accommodation. This will then be held until the end of the tenancy as a damage deposit.
