What do I put as my "career specialism" on the Tesco application form?

I am a university student who has done some customer service volunteer roles
(maybe? I'm not even sure if I can call it that. One was helping on stalls and fundraising, another is girl guides, then the fire service to raise awareness, and lastly helping in a tourist attraction)
and I have completed a business admin apprenticeship
I am applying for a "Customer Assistant" role
Below is the list of options:

If anybody can suggest something, I'd really appreciate it xD

I don't think they are asking about your life outside Tesco, they mean the role within Tesco, so Store - Colleague is probably about right.
