I've answered this question in another thread:
A solution of ammonium nitrate (dissolved in water) and a solution of potassium hydroxide (also dissolved in water) will yield ammonia gas and..potassium nitrate dissolved in the solution (heat to evaporate the water and crystallize the KNO3)
