Hi,

Change of circumstances.. taking the plunge... looking for a potential house share with other more 'mature' students.

just for starters....im a nursing student..

I like my own space but also like to mix. Im not really interested in clubbing anymore.

preferences....comfortable, spacious, quiet more than not (especially in the evenings)..parking...

Ideally looking for end of july/ early september

Try Spareroom.co.uk its quite good for matching up groups looking for houses and houses with groups looking to fill rooms.

Since you'll be based at the HeathPark campus, you'll want to be looking at places towards the upper end of Cathays (anywhere off Crwys rd) or Heath.
