Quite an embarrassing problem
I'm a 20 year old guy and still a virgin. I have been trying to get into a relationship but keep getting rejected. However there is one thing that makes me nervous about having sex. When I masturbate, most of the time I finish quite quickly and I don't want this to happen during sex. Most of the time I am masturbating quite quickly and I guess this could be why. I can last longer if I slow down but I normally get bored and speed back up again. Is there any way to help me last longer so that when I do have sex I don;t finish quickly?

Sex is different from masturbation. When you do it yourself you know exactly what spots, what speed etc work best and you are in full control. Sex is a much less controlled experience and you will not be doing that perfect combination of actions for a speedy result.
I imagine you will be just fine when it comes to the real deal. You can always give your partner some more targeted pleasure to buy you time and make her (assuming it is a her) enjoy it more.
