The Student Room Group

What Did TSR Look Like in 2004?...

I'm sure some of you are already aware of the site: WayBackMachine. Very interesting to look back and see what websites used to look like. Here is what TSR looked like in 2004!

Take a look at the old-TSR versions here: https://web.archive.org/web/*/https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/

Anything you wan't brought back? Thoughts on the old TSR? Share them below?

The current TSR looks much more professional, albeit the 2004 version seems to have been more 'clear-cut' and all laid out in terms of navigation. The current navigation is more fitting of TSR as it is today, though

I'll be honest, when the switch-over happened - I hated the new design, i got over it now though. Saying that, I don't know if how the design is now, is exactly how it was in 2005 (or shortly after switch-over).

Interesting that just under the top bar is 'Cambridge gossip' and 'Oxford Gossip' - I wonder whether that's where TSR's reputation for being obsessed with Oxbridge stems from.
Omg, just used it to look at Habbo from back in the day.

Serious nostalgia
