Student Finance for Military kids

My Parents are living in Germany at the moment due to my dad being military, they have only lived over there since July 2016 and I was wondering if I could increase my student loan because of him serving and being located in another country, as I received the minimum student loan for my first year.
Is this something my parents have to do or am I able to apply for a higher loan?

did you get an income assessed loan last year?

Yeah but it had to be from a previous tax year when they were based in England

You can ask for a current year assessment if your household income has changed by 15%.
