Pharmacy with a foundation year

I don't know certainly but I'm 80% sure I will not make my MPharm conditional offer requirements. Will spaces on pharmacy with a foundation year course (especially at Brighton) be available during clearing? I'm not sure if I should go through extra because I just might make my grades but I'm almost certain I won't.
Help please

Unis might have spaces available, but they won't know yet. It depends how many people meet their offers, and then how many spaces they have left over to offer to other people. It also depends whether you meet the requirements for the foundation year - some are for students who took the wrong subjects at A Level rather than people who just did badly.

I didn't know Brighton has a foundation year for pharmacy O: !! im hoping to go there or to Sussex (my firm) the sussex admissions team emailed me saying they didn't offer a foundation route into pharmacy but assuming that Brighton does, if you achieve CCC on results day you can enter foundation year for almost any course from what i was told,

also to add onto what Juno said my college tutor told me some universities may still have places available and i think they'd much rather give the place to someone who actually wants to study the course rather than someone whos just looking to enter any course through clearing, so even if you dont get the required grades theres still a chance they'll accept you, have the universities admissions number ready on results day and your ucas log in, if you live in Brighton, then even going to the university on results day to talk to them might help

a friend of my friend i know received CDD in their exams and did a year of a different course at Brighton (i think pharmaceutical sciences?) and transferred into MPharm the next year, its an extra 9k onto your student loan but its another way into the course if you know its something you really want to do but think you might not achieve the grades, but hopefully you will!
