Work experience

I would like to study philosophy and geography as a combined honours programme but don't really kow what work experience I can get ready for my personal statement linking to philosophy as already got something for the geography side?

You don't need to talk about work experience. The personal statement is supposed to be about your academic interests, why you want to study the subjects you do, what you've done (in class and out) to extend your knowledge in these subjects (e.g. books you've read, lectures you've watched and what you thought about it) etc. If you've done relevant work experience then sure, give it a sentence or two, but it really isn't necessary.
