Ashcroft

I've just finished year 12 and am looking at applying at University of Birmingham. For my first year, I want to stay in hall and have been looking at Ashcroft.

Please could someone help me out by telling me what is included and what isn't.

What's in the bedrooms? Chair? Pillows?
What's in the kitchen? Kettle? Microwave?
What's in the bathroom? There is no virtual tour of these online so I was wondering if someone could tell me what it's like?

I thought it looked good on the accommodation day and put it as my first choice because it seemed good value for money.
