Seems quite ambiguous... what I would say is describe a situation where you used some kind of skill, be it technical knowledge or persuasion or entrepeneurship or anything...

Then for the weakness thing, identify something you have improved on in the past. E.g. My weakness at the start of year 10 was presentations, but through practice sessions with teachers and students and studying presentation skills online, and finally presenting at the end of year assembly, I was able to improve my presentation skills, particular around ...
