Parents Learning Allowance not showing?

Hi, I sent off my declaration, dependents form and evidence a few weeks ago. I've since had the 'Payments Scheduled' appear on my account but there's no sign of the Parents Learning Allowance I'm entitled to?

Did you send in the dependents form along with copies of any children's birth certificates and a copy of recent Tax Credit Award Notice or Child Benefit letter with any dependent children named on the award?

If so the Grants for Dependents (GFD) team may not have processed it yet as they are currently taking 16 working days. If it has been processed since it is based on household income you may not be entitled to it.

There are different reasons why this may not be showing and to get a more definitive answer as to why we would need to have a look at your application. I would recommend you give us a call on 0300 100 0607 to check this.
