HELP !!! aqa poetry NEA

I'd started my English coursework for poetry and I'd chosen Tony Harrison's V and and selected sonnets from the School of Eloquence. I'd worked so hard writing my essay and did incredible amount of research but despite having a conversation about which writers we can and cannot use it failed to cross my teacher's mind that he was apart of the AQA spec that I wasn't studying. I'm distraught because I was so proud of what I had written. Now I don't have a clue what poet to choose because most quite frankly bore me.

If anyone could suggest any poets, preferably to create an argument around the canon that would be amazing? I need someone who has plenty to write about and plenty of information about them online.
