I suggest you make an appointment at the doctors, and in the mean time keep a diary. It could be a neurological thing (so I guess scans would be needed) or something to do with the brain- but I am not a doctor so I would not know for sure. Also, try and have people around you when you go out.

Okay I'm really scared now. I keep getting these blanks but they;re only afew minutes long. I've just had an hour of blank. I dont have a clue where I've been or what I've been doing. All I know is I missed a lesson

That's quite intriguing. Where were you when this hour long blank happened?

Crazy things happen to our bodies. I hope you get better.

If you don't mind, when you get a diagnosis from your doctor could you tell us what the problem is.

Could you keep a voice recorder in your pocket? then if you blank out you can replay what has happened.

Where do you remember up to, and where were you when you suddenly thought 'i dunno whats just happened'?

I dont know where I was when the blank happened. its like dreaming, y ou skip from one dream to another without realising, so I dont really know where it began and ended

Memento anyone ?

I think you should go to the doctors tomorrow If possible.
This sounds like a serious problem and is almost definately neurological. Infact it sounds a lot like my uncles epilepsy blanks (although his are 15 minutes not an hour).
You will need to go for scans and then the diagnosis will probably go on from there.

How sneaky

Very good idea though, hope you work out what it is

We're at the same college. small world. I get that a lot there, although it tends to coincide with history lessons with Matt.

Just joking, hope you can recover from this. Definitely go and see a doctor, it'll help you stop worrying about it

Do you smoke the wacky tabacky, or eat magic mushrooms?

Reply 15

Yeah, but what's that got to do with anything? Leave me out of this!

Could possibly be a personality disorder. Your episodes are one of the major symptoms, so go and see a doctor asap.
