You just fill in the UCAS form, get your uni to write your reference and then explain the move in your personal statement.

When you apply you have to select second year entry in the 'choices' section.

Does it have to be your Uni that writes your reference? Can't it be another person, e.g. a former college teacher?

Do you just do it all similar to when you were at college but have a different tutor write your reference? Because I dont think that my tutor knows who I am :s-smilie:

and also, what do you mean by "explain your move" do you just say that you're interested in moving, or do you have to give reasons behind it?

I think you have to say a few reasons why you want to change university. I am also not so sure who will write my reference cos my tutor hardly knows me and has only known me for like 2 months. Have people done their ucas form through their school or their university they are currently at?
When are people going to post thier ucas form? Are people doing it before this 15th jan deadline? cos this isn't for first year so it shouldn't matter on getting it done for that deadline right?

Probably a good idea to contact the universities you are interested in before applying and see if they accept transfers. (If you havn't already)
