What sort of philosophy are you thinking of reading? I've just finished my Pre-U and I did Ethics and Philosophy of Religion, as well as foundational stuff like Plato's Cave and Aristotle and the Prime Mover.

I guess this kind itself.
I am going to do my conversion degree in Philosophy after my current.
So the concept and all must clear.

You could start with:
Peter Vardy - Puzzle of Ethics (discusses absolutist and relativist theories, and gives definitions)
Peter Vardy - Puzzle of God (arguments for the existence of God)
There are a few by Richard Dawkins - The Blind Watchmaker and The God Delusion are the ones I have read
Plato - The Republic (this is a tough read, but might help to understand his foundational ideas)
John Hick - Evil and the God of Love

Dawkins is not particularly useful as an introduction to philosophy (though certainly worth reading).

Vardy writes more for A-level students.

Some good contemporary general introductions to philosophy:

Simon Blackburn, Think
Thomas Nagel, What Does It All Mean?

Some slightly older stuff:

AJ Ayer, The Central Questions of Philosophy
Bertrand Russell, The Problems of Philosophy

If you want to look at the classics in philosophy you could try:

Plato, Republic
Descartes, Meditations
Mill, On Liberty and Utilitarianism
