a) Isle of Man flag, from your location.

b) Because people from the IoM are all tax dodging tinkers and so don't contribute to the economy in that way.

we built them a playground and other equipment worth around 3 grand, also about 25 holdals full of clothes for them. we weren't exactly tourists
