I am writing about treatments for Parkinson's for my EPQ. I chose to do so because I read an interesting article about reprogramming neurons to treat Parkinson's, and found plenty to write about from that starting point. But I don't know anyone with Parkinson's, and I think it would make my argument more valid and sincere if I had the opinion of someone with Parkinson's on current treatments (drugs, not any sort of therapy or surgery) and their opinion on developing treatments such as the reprogramming of neurons or stem cell transplants. So if anyone can help, that would be nice. Thank you.

has an online forum.
Maybe you can go through their peer support group and find someone local to talk to.
Be clear its a genuine research project and be respectful, then they will take you seriously.
Thats the way I would crack it.
