I know quiet a few girls who I really like I talk to them on bebo and msn they live near. I dont know them personally though my question is do you think I should ask this girl if she would like to meet up and get to know me more go bowling or get something to eat.

If you feel that you know her quite well and that she'd be interested in meeting up, go for it. Just don't pressurise her to meet up and if she says no, respect that.
