I'm not employed, I just want to know for the future. If I get a job, how much must my income be before I fill a tax return form?

If you become employed (i.e. become an employee, and not 'self-employed'), you rarely have to complete a tax return; instead, your employer will handle the calculation of taxation, national insurance and relevant pensions - all of which is deducted automatically.

We don't routinely do tax returns in this country - income taxes are usually paid via PAYE which is handled by your employer.

You'd only do a self-assessment tax return if you are self-employed, a company director or have complicated tax affairs with multiple income sources.

Ok thanks but if someone is self employed, how much do they have to earn to do a tax return?

The earnings aren't relevant to whether they have to do a tax return - if you receive a 'notice to file a tax return' then you have to do so, even if your actual income is 1p.
