ITGS Case Study for Paper 3

What did you and your ITGS teacher do with the case study? I specifically mean the case study for May 2008. Did you discuss the IT used in the supermarket ? The issues related with that technology? Visit a supermarket in your local area with the class? pose questions to the management of the supermarket?? Please share with us what you did and how you prepared for the case study paper for ITGS paper 3 exam.

The May 2008 ITGS Case study is the La Vianda Case study.. we mentioned the issues.. the IT systems used... How customers are affected... we then discussed the issues...

my teacher made us look at mainly the problems the case study outline and possible solutions to those problems. We have a list of short term solutions (or more feasible ones) and mention future solutions. We also have to find the cost/price of implanting them and whether it is really worth doing so by comparing its positives and negatives
