Don't know what I've done to my leg ...

Heya. Yesterday I woke up and my thigh felt a bit sore although I just assumed that I'd slept on it awkwardly. I forgot about it when I left for school but walking down the stairs I was aware of it again.

Ok, so today I wake up and it's still sore, even more so than yesterday. This continues all day.

It only hurts when I press my thigh, mainly on the top but nearer to the knee the sides are painful too. It also hurts when I tense my leg, walk down stairs or when I put my weight on it.

What do you think it is? Have I pulled a muscle or something? I don't have any memory of doing something the day before that would have affected my leg so I'm a tad confused.

probably just a pulled muscle like you said, if it takes more than a week or two to stop hurting i'd go and see a doctor, for the time being just take it easy.

Yeah definitely go to the doctors honey, i don't think any of us here can really tell you whats wrong without seeing it etc...

you cud hav like kneed somthng in ur sleep if u sleep with like a wall on one side, cuz i did it to my ankle couple of years ago, it was so strange, oneday im aite, the next im feel like crap!

oh, if u hav kneed summin, then uve probs jsut bruised the knee cap and so it hurts wen u flex ur quads, which pull on the knee cap!

I don't think it's much of a problem. Just grin and bear it for a few days.
