Isn't that the point? I hear on the new beause somehow its 'newsworthy' (cough cough its isn't), that people keep switching couples??? So much for 'finding love'

last year that song: came her for love seemed to of been used as the official theme song for love island

i gotta admit it though, it did suit the show absolutely perfectly.
too bad they can't really use it this year though as it was last years song

i've heard it just once this year and that was a remixed version right at the start

Love Island is the new big brother after last year

in fact they have pushed big brother back this year because they are afraid it will get slaughtered in the ratings again like what happened last year with everyone watching Love Island

i'm not surprised it made the news to be fair, even though anything that happens on these shows isn't newsworthy........

I woke up Chris Breezyyyyyy,, if you don’t get the reference you suck

breaky was porridge and toast, 537 calories

and theennn I revised, till about 2pm, and thennnn remember when I used to Box?

I never mentioned this before but hes a professional boxer and a sports journalist too, and he asked me for help today with a photoshoot for his portfolio, so I went to do a shoot with him.

Went for lunch with him to subway, got a flatbread sub, 648 calories

and thennnnnnn gym:

Cardio
Ran the track, forgotten the distance but it was 2 laps.

Weights:
Chest press (pushy forward one) - 18 kg 15 reps x 4 sets
Lat Pull down - 18 kg, 20 reps x 5 sets
Chest press (pushy upward one)- 18kg 20 reps x 4 sets
Incline cable fly 8kg ,20 reps x 4 sets
Curls, 36kg, 5 reps x 3 sets
V-Bar cable rows 10kg 15 reps x 4 sets
Leg extension 23 kg 15 reps x 3 sets
Leg curl 23kg 20 reps x 4 sets
Leg press- 42 kg 15 reps x 3 sets
Barbell Squats, 70kg 10 reps x 4 sets

Floor Exercises: (these where done as normal)
Battle ropes, double arm slams- 10 slams x 3
Dips, 10 x 3 sets
Leg raises 10 x 3 sets
knee crunches 10 x 3 sets
Plank, 5kg weight 1 min x 3

got home and dinnerrrrr was a pasta bake, 753, watched to footie, had a few ciders on the side, its deffo not coming home :lol:

watching love island now and milk on the side, 311 calories

Calorie intake: 2319 calories
Calories Burnt: MFP: 783 calories FitBit: 5535 calories
Water Intake: 3.1 litres

and thennnnnnn gym, I went with a friend today- worst decision ever, she distracted me the whole time and kept talking to me while I was tryna get **** done :colonhash:

Rowing 15 mins

Weights:
Barbell Squat, 40kg, 5 reps x 5
Body weight squats with a resistant band, 15 reps x 2
Tried single leg squat but my balance is appauling and I fell, need more practice
Barbell Benchpress, 20kg, 5 reps x 5
Sumo deadlifts, 60kg, 3 reps x 5
Hexbar deadlifts, 45kg, 5 reps x 5
Bend over barbell row, 20kg, 5 reps x5
Pull ups, 2 sets of 10
Side lateral raise, 8kg, 8 reps x 2
Sit ups, 15 reps x 3

then dropped her home, went for a shower and then dinnnneeer,,, which was bbq ribs and sticky rice, 742 calories, I love ribs :biggrin:

Yeah,I heard quite a few people who I know go gym say they prefer going alone because with friends they get distracted.One of my friends says he prefers to go alone because with his mates,they just get distracted and look at girls in the gym instead :redface:.
What’s wrong with crossfit :hmmm: ?I have also heard negative things about crossfit :frown:.
Did you go nuts for Idris fireman performance :hmmm: :wink: ?
haha i started off with 5 mins, and then 10, and then went up step by step, it takes time :colondollar:

strenght/weight training, i only do cardio 10 mins before and 10mins after circuits

haha i personally dont like it, each session is way too intense, i prefer the split
