breaky was porridge and fruit and a toast, 548 calories
lunch was a chicken salad, 632 calories
went gym, light work out!

Pull-ups AMAP in 1 min, x 3
Seated cable rows 25kg 15 x 2
BICEPS
Standing barbell curls 25kg 5 reps x 5
Alternate dumbbell curls 15kg x 3
Preacher curls (EZ bar), 40 kg, 8 reps x 3
CHEST
Bench presses, 42 kg 6 reps x 3
Incline barbell presses 42kg 6 reps x 3
Dumbbell presses 25 kg 8 reps x 3
then had a client at the gym at 8pm, got home and showered twice, dinner was mash and gravy with grilled turkey again, 794 calories
and milk throughout the day
