Day 431 12/09/2018
(for yesterday)

was in london yesterday for a conference and then chilled with work lot

breaky was porridge and fruit and a toast, 548 calories
lunch was at a fancy american diner called Sticky fingers- was real good! 792 calories

then got home around 6ish, had a client at the gym at 8pm, got home and showered twice, dinner was mash and gravy with grilled turkey, 790 calories
And a glass of milk while chatting to friends

and milk throughout the day

Calorie intake: 2441 calories
Calories Burnt: MFP: 383 calories FitBit: 4746 calories
Water Intake: 3.0 litres

am feeling so much better now, I will start my training on Monday, and lets see how this powerlifting thing goes

tbf ive gotten rid of tinder, all my 1k matches gone, i have officially given up with dating, ce n'est pas pour moi

What part of London? Do you live there?

How accurate do you find fitbits? When I tried them they seemed quite a bit inflated (numbers wise), I wasn't really into it. May have been because I was allegedly burning 1000 calories a night in bed right before knocking out :sleep:

Toi et moi, online dating can be a pretty arduous endeavour- way more than I was expecting. When I do it I have to literally take breaks ffs.

i dont live in london no, but not far from it either

ermmm i think they are, but i have nothing to compare it against, i use the stopwatch and time for my clients moslty, and to track my sleep haha - i have the charge 2
haha i know and somehow start the day with burning 500 for some reason

Weights:

BACK
Bent-over barbell rows 40kg 6 reps x 3
Pull-ups AMAP in 1 min, x 3
Seated cable rows 25kg 15 x 2

BICEPS
Standing barbell curls 25kg 5 reps x 5
Alternate dumbbell curls 15kg x 3
Preacher curls (EZ bar), 40 kg, 8 reps x 3

CHEST
Bench presses, 42 kg 6 reps x 3
Incline barbell presses 42kg 6 reps x 3
Dumbbell presses 25 kg 8 reps x 3

lunch was a chicken salad and juice, alot of it, 732 calories

i chilled today ngl, had a bath etc
also handed a notice in for my accounting job- i have too much on my plate

dinner was fish and chips :biggrin: 763 calories

Okay ive been really **** at posting recently, life is getting in the way etc etc

since the 13th i havent got a decent work out in
but i have been training with clients

ive been going for runs etc and tracking cals too, just a client over load, work have called me in alot to get me up to date with hours and been trying to write a notice in for my accounting job too

this squirrel has been over worked lmao

from tonight ill be back to normal- got a few mins before another client comes so i thought i'll bring you guys up to speed! Going to train tonight after my last client at 7:30pm, will let you know how it goes :biggrin:

i just have too much on my plate, plus im back at uni next week, so i'd have to fit clients, the accounts work, studying and socializing in. PTing is easy money compared to the accounts work atm
