protein assay
need urgent help with a protein assay. I need to work out protein in ug.
for example I have a BSA concentration of 50 ul, with 450 ul to make the solution to 500ul. there is then 500 ul coomassie added. I had an absorbance reading of 0.12 ( absorbance taken at 595nm). what would the amount of protein in ug be?
