I am 24 with autistic and I have really bad acne, I wash and clean my face 3 times a day with freedom face wash and spot cream but nothing seems to work. I am getting really upset about it, nothing works to get rid of it

I have never had a girlfriend what girl is going to want a fat, autistic spotty person

As you can see, TSR is worse than useless when it comes to this sort of thing. Start here.
Get your doctor to refer you to a dermatologist ASAP and demand Accutane. Great drug that will fix it for you. But to answer your question, no it won't go away by itself.

Visit a dermatologist or an endocrinologist (since hormones are a major part of what causes acne)

Also limit to washing your face to twice a day- morning and night. Always apply a face moisturiser.

An endocrinologist is not what you want here. It's a dermatologist's job. You're correct that hormones play a part, but there is nothing you can do from a hormonal perspective to reduce acne in a male.

You're also correct to say limit face washing, but I don't know if you should apply a moisturiser. To put it simply, acne is caused by too much oil on the face which clogs the pores. Adding moisturiser - an artificial oil - is going to make your acne worse.

Jump on a healthy diet, maybe cut out dairy products, drink plenty of water.

Never had acne myself but ik people who have and the only way they got rid of it was taking accutane.

So if you wanna cut the ******** and get rid of acne the quickest way is that drug. I've seen what it's done to peoples faces first hand and its amazing.

However side effects i read are common like very dry lips.

I agree that in OPs case, a dermatologist would be better, especially since the dermatologist is usually the one to direct the patient to an endocrinologist if needed. As for a hormonal acne treatment for men, there are some, like Androcur (which can be used by both sexes). But yes, consult a dermatologist!

As for facial moisturisers, it is a MUST!!! There are plenty grease-free moisturisers available in pharmacies!
If you don't moisturise your skin and leave it dry, it will produce MORE SEBUM, which will block your pores and create blackheads and pimples. Moisturisers don't block your pores the way sebum does. That is a misconception. So if you want less oily skin- moisturise after each wash.
I see a lot of people taking accutane, but I say- be careful with it if you have high blood cholesterol (or a genetic predisposition to it). I took it (even got to 30mg a day, which was a lot for a 13yo) and it messed up my cholesterol pretty bad

Androcur is an anti-androgen, which is likely to produce more side effects than accutane. Not to mention, acne is due to the glands producing too much oil and affects both genders, so I would avoid this option personally.

Maybe moisturiser can work sometimes but for me I know it wasn't a good idea. Guess the OP should experiment and see if it helps but the very first thing to do is get referred to a specialist, especially if he hates it so much. The sooner he does this the sooner it will be gone.

That's true, I just mentioned it as it /is/ technically used in some cases (not many I suppose. Also read that it's used for a prostate cancer treatment like whaaattt). It's true though, that androgens usually play a part in sebum production, which is why hormonal treatments work great for females, males however need other methods to treat acne.

Yes, OP should definitely see what things work best with their skin type, and a dermatologist can help with that. And also Lush has some pretty great skin products for acne- I use the Coalface soap which really removes oil from the skin and has a very light exfoliation that isn't very abrasive (you barely feel it, but it cleans the pores nicely if you wash up with warm water).
