Batophobia and it absolutely sucks. My heart beats so fast and i've had nightmares about being forced to look at them.

Well I have Trypophobia and it creeps me out so much. it's the fear of a cluster of small holes. Whenever. I look at it I start having like a little panic attack and I start sweating and feeling so uncomfortable. my brain literally gets stressed and it makes mee want to throw up lol..🤐

It's social anxiety. Nerves acting up and getting panicky in social situations like a room full of people or a uni lecture.
But medication helps, I've delivered public speeches on meds haha

But valium just gives you a full on rush, so if I have an interview or a speech or something I would just take that. But they prescribe cautiously and its really not supposed to be taken regularly as it can be addictive.

and yea pills are iffy. They can be helpful and dangerous. I take sleeping pills daily.
