Off-cycle, summer internship or spring week?

Hey everyone,

I'll start my last year of undergraduate degree in september (graduation date 2018). After that I'll be pursuing a 2 year MSc, so my final graduation date is 2020.

Should I apply to summer internships or off-cycle? I'm not in penultimate year...
Or should I apply to spring weeks? It's like I'm in my first year of a 3 year course.

NB: I'm at a a european target.
