Late 20's Fashion: what does it look like?

Please post photos of clothes which you think are suitable for women in their late 20's or early 30's.

I am 28 yo. I was born and raised in a very conservative Muslim Arab society (although I am not Muslim) and when I go out I cover my body from head to toe with the black abaya and burqa (face covering). So I wear anything I like under the abaya haha. At home I wear traditional clothes.

I'm going to the UK and I'll stay for a year or so. Of course I am not going to wear abaya. I am not confident about my choices of clothes and I'm not sure what is considered suitable for women in their late 20's in Britain.

What do you think about this dress? I am going to order it online -.-"
Heh I looked at the thread and found some good sites of 20s fashion, but I thought you meant the 1920s and not your age.

Not going to embarrass myself into telling you what, but some googling will show you lots of variety.

You can wear what you like, but considering your background, then start conservatively and observe until you find the sort of clothes which you feel comfortable and want to wear.. It doesnt have to be all at once. Just look at what other people wear, then pick and choose as to what you like. Also dress to your budget ofc.

Pinterest is a god place for ideas.

There are lots of articles pushing products, but im a bit scpetical about people pushing things, so make your own mind up , just observe and you will find a way to dress that suits you. I cant bring myself to post all the articles saying what you ought to wear. You will get the hang of it in no time. Keep a scrap book or online folder to collect ideas. Cant imagine wearing a burqa. Have fun experimenting and dont worry.
