I quit smoking 29 days ago :smile:

Im so proud of myself as i know that this time ive quit properly and will never start up again. I had once in the past a couple of years ago but i guess i didnt TRULY want to then (even though i did, hard to explain). But since last november i hadn't smoked in the day time, only at night and if i was out and about with other people so that was a good step to quitting altogether; and now not at all! yey :smile:

I hate smoking. I work in a pub and I come home stinking to high heaven after cleaning out all the ashtrays. It's so disgusting. I think they should bring in the ban on smoking in public places. Stations are also bad, even though they're open air, because all the smokers somehow manage to get seats, so you either sit next to them and breathe it in or stand up in the cold.
