I'm studying maths, further maths, and physics, and was wondering if it's worth doing work over the summer, and what should I do? Should I revise content already covered, or look over new content, or not bother at all?

Probably only worth doing physics revision, as maths and further are still modular and you don't directly use the stuff you've learned in y12 in y13 (well, 95% you don't I think). Maths will come back to you quickly at the beginning of y13, but if you're worried you can make sure to retain a solid understanding of y12 maths and read a bit ahead on y13 stuff.
Personally I did no work in the holidays, but then I dropped further and carried on with economics instead
