    Hi

    My body dysmorphia is getting really bad again and I don't know what to do.

    Any advice would be really helpful x

    Do your parents or GP know? have you been getting any counseling?

    If its getting bad i.e you are finding it difficult to cope with then you need to speak to someone.


    You can try contacting the BEAT helpline and they can talk you through it plus give guidance. They also have useful downloadable information and forums
