hi
I took c12 in January and passed them with grade A
In june I have taken S1 but I did not do well in exam . I still waiting the result but I afraid if I got E/U grade they will not cash in the Math subject or not ? and give me the total grade . I need only C grade to fulfill my offer to university . An i only need 14 UMS for a c so even if i gained the 14 UMS but the grade for S1 is still a E/U will they cash-in?
I paid for cash in already .

They will have cashed you in back in February. It;s not possible to withdraw that after the results are published.

What i am afraid of is that even if i have an A for C12 but a very low grade for S1 such as an E or a U (yes i did that bad) but i only need 14 UMS for a C cashed in an im sure i can get the 14 ums in S1 but if it's an E/U will they cash in for me or no even if i paid the fees for cashin -

I already paid for cash-in in June session and the resultz are on August 16 so i guess the cash-in results will be released on that day as well

As I explained, they will already have cashed you in. You said you have paid them to do so and they have no reason to delay it as the cost would increase for them if they did. If you are a private candidate they won't care what results you get but even if they did want to withdraw the cash-in after they see your S1 result it is not possible. You have nothing to worry about.
