Hi, I'm starting my MSc Real Estate Investment in Cass Business School (Sept 2017-2018)
I'm looking for a conducive place to stay which is near to the uni.
    attached bathroom and kitchen.
I'm fine with sharing up to 2-3 ppl in a unit.
    Budget 200-250 pounds per week.

I'm currently considering PURE CITY (anyone staying there or before mind to share with me your experience?) is it nice, is it too noisy..

I stayed at Pure City a couple of years ago, but ended up moving to Canto Court (after only after a few months) because of my experience there. If you can afford Canto Court, I'd definitely recommend it!

If you're going to stay at Pure City, try to get a room on a higher floor. My room was close to the back entrance and next to a street lamp. So it was pretty bright at night and loud from all the street traffic/people coming in and out. The walls are pretty thin and hot showers were almost non-existent.

There were other reasons why I moved out but won't get into it. I'm sure everyone's experience at Pure City differs, so keep an open mind (or consider staying at Canto Court - which is closer to CASS). I'd also recommend Paul St. East (my friend had a good experience there). Hope this helps

    1. Scape Shoreditch (1st choice)
    2. Canto court
    3. Urbanest hoxton
    4. Theresa house glasshouse yard

Please share your point of view and experience =)
