    Hi everyone,

    Getting back on track with training. I like minimalist stuff so doing full body every other day with the same exercises. At the moment I'm just using the trap bar deadlift with low handles for my lower body as a kind of squat/deadlift hybrid, standing press and chinups for upper body and then some tricep extensions for vanity purposes
