Have u guys ever felt so depressed by the amount of procrastination you've done....eventually leading to even more procrastination...I feel like the whole world is moving forward but I am sinking and slowly everything is crumbling apart. Any thoughts shared or advice would be appreciated. Thank you

May help to reward yourself after a good days worth of non-procrastination
