Would social policy undermine my socioeconomic prospects Watch

    • Thread Starter

I got an A* in politics a level but didn't get to study it because of bad grades in chemistry and biology
So I did sp at York
    I enjoy the degree
However I am worried it's reputation as a soft subject may not go down well with employers so I am considering dropping out
Is this a valid concern ?

I recommend that you take internships up. There are a range of policy internships available. Look on w4mp and charity jobs. You would have gained research skills too that will help you to get research roles. You can also work for an MP. Go and see your career advisor and they will let you know what opportunities you have available.
If you won £30,000, which of these would you spend it on?
