What do people think when they have eye contact with someone that's longer than normal or in general seeing a stranger and having strong eye contact?

Is there something to it or do I overthink the concept of eye contact?

Lol, if anyone looks at me a lot, i just get scared or wonder if there is something on my face or head lmao. Once this girl looked at me like 50 times on the train, i was so freaked out, even my friend was amazed at how long she was staring at me whenever i wasnt looking at her xD

When in public I really try to avoid looking at people and I feel pretty uncomfortable when people look at me. When I'm talking to someone though I'll earnestly look into their eyes and it's great!

Haha I'm not huge on eye contact either really until the other day. I was in a shop and had really strong eye contact with someone for a few seconds. I don't know who this person was or anything it was just to intense and I keep thinking about it, like we just stared at eachother but I'm not sure what he was thinking 😂
