Chocolate. My eternal downfall. Although recently I switched to dark chocolate that has 70 % cocoa content. [ I bought two bars from Sainsbury's to try them out; Green and Black's and Lindt.] Neither are as yummy as a bar of Dairy Milk or Galaxy, but it does seem to work in providing my cocoa "fix". Plus I only need to eat one or two tiny pieces of it each day for it to be enough. With the other chocolate I would devour the entire bar in one go.
same but the only different is i will have break out in my face after eating chocolate :')
