    Hi, i applied for my student finance on the 21st May, sent my passport and everything, it's been almost 7 weeks so i decided to ask my friends if they had theirs, and they got the letter confirming the amount, but now i realised that my parents have not supported my application because i forgot about that step... and whenever they try to support and they type my customer reference number, this comes up "no matches were found"

    Hi Tommy De Bill,

    I would recommend giving us a call on 0300 100 0607 so we can check the status of your application and to make sure you applied to be means tested as I would have expected you to have heard something by now. We can also make sure you have your login details to access your online account as you can check the progress of your application there and if anything else is required it would usually show up on your To Do List on your online account.
