I am unsure of taking 4 alevels , even so my school is likely to force me to do 3 but I do not want to. I want to do Biology , Chemistry , Physics and Maths the 4 subjcts im good at in terms of maths which im just a A/B average. The problem is that the rest of my gcse subjects are quiet weak like english and english literature. The only way I can choose 4 is if I have A*/A in my subjects, but is quiet impossible since im rubbish at other subjects ranging from B-C grades.
I want to do medicine , im choosing physics as a back up if i mess up in maths a level but i do not know if its worse the risks. Any tips ?

Do well in 3, not messing up by trying to do 4.

You "only" need 3 for medicine. If you prefer maths over physics do maths. If you are better at physics do that (although it's fairly unusual not to do maths if you do physics...).
