    I've sent my application around mid May but I did't received any reply yet.
    Is it normal for EU students? Why does it take so long?

    Hi eeeemmmeeg,

    An application can take at least six weeks for processing but you probably should have had some sort of acknowledgement that we have received it.

    It would probably be best for you to call us for us to check this for you.

    If you have applied as an EU national for Tuition Fee Loan (TFL) only then call EU line on 0141 243 3570. (Open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 8.00pm)


    If you have applied as an EU national for home funding for TFL and Maintenance Loan (ML) you need to call 0300 100 0607. (Open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 8.00pm and between 9.00am and 4.00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Local call rates apply).
