Cell counting in lab! Watch

    What is the max. no. of cells you could have on a plate requiring 5 ml of media? Say viable cell count is 7.6 x 10^6 cells/ml.

    "plate requiring 5ml of media" isn't that helpful to us, for some protocols you add more media/less media as required.

    What would be better is the plate size (e.g. 6cm, 12cm, or like 6 well plate, 12 well plate)
