I currently live in the U.S and I want to bring my 4year old daughter with me to the u.k for my undergraduate studies but I'm being told that I can't bring her. She has to come with me. Is their anyway around this?

Only postgraduate students can normally apply for a Tier 4 dependents visa https://www.gov.uk/tier-4-general-visa/family-members

If you enrol her in a private school (that's on the register of sponsors https://www.gov.uk/government/upload...f_Sponsors.pdf ) then you might be able to get a separate Tier 4 (child) visa for her https://www.gov.uk/child-study-visa

I'd suggest contacting the international team at your university - they might be able to offer more advise.
